THE second movie in the Twilight series, New Moon, exceeded the expectations of fans when it premiered in Horsham at 12.01am on Thursday.
Sarah Hamilton purchased her tickets for the 12.01am screening of the movie four weeks ago and said it was the best movie she had ever seen.
``It was amazing, it was the best movie I have ever seen,'' Miss Hamilton said.
``It was great, way beyond my expectations. It left you in suspense, wanting more.''
Miss Hamilton was one of a sell-out crowd of 370 Wimmera people who packed Horsham Centre Cinemas.
``The atmosphere was fantastic. When the initial credits came on everyone was clapping and screaming, it was a great crowd.''
Miss Hamilton is not alone in her obsession with the Twilight series which has become a world-wide sensation.
Horsham sisters Gabee Warner and Theresa Bottoms also attended the premiere and said they had read the books 11 times and watched the first movie 21 times.
The Twilight movies are based on a series of four books by Stephenie Meyer which follow the relationship of vampire Edward Cullen and his love Bella.
