MINISTER for Education Martin Dixon has remained non-committal about funding Horsham College's master plan.
The college missed out on funding in the last state budget and requires about $20 million to rebuild the school.
Mr Dixon said there were up to 200 other schools in Victoria with master plans which required funding.
But he did not rule out the college being funded in the next state budget.
