The college claimed the title for the first time in more than a decade last week.
Student support service officer Greg Radford said the college's teams claimed the prestigious outright shield against fellow agriculture students from La Trobe University, Melbourne University and Marcus Oldham College.
He said the four colleges competed in a round-robin football, netball and mixed netball competition at La Trobe University at Bundoora.
Mr Radford said the day was almost cancelled due to poor weather.
"After we got down there the weather got a bit rough, so everyone was on knife's edge about whether we'd get to play or not," he said.
He said the college's girls netball side led the way, winning all of their three matches for the first time in nine years.
He said the football side won two of its three games, with their mixed netball side winning one of three games to help the college claim the outright shield for the first time in 15 years.
Mr Radford said the win meant a lot to the college's students.
"Everyone was just beside themselves with excitement," he said. "It had been a while since we had won it."
Development officer Donna Winfield said the college was proud of its students' efforts.
"We were thrilled to reclaim the shield for the first time in 15 years, and were particularly pleased with our students and how they represented themselves and our college," she said.
The college's general manager John Goldsmith presented all students involved with medallions at a presentation yesterday.
