The women's side went through the tournament without dropping a set in seven matches to claim the division two title.
The team improved on a bronze medal won last year.
Alysha Liston was a stand out for the Horsham team, winning selection in the All Star Seven for a second consecutive year.
"It was a great event," she said. "We made history by winning so we were pretty happy with that."
Liston, who celebrated her 18th birthday during the championships, said she did not expect to make the All Star Seven team.
"I had been sick with glandular fever, so I was playing as a libero, which is a position I don't usually play, so it wouldn't be as physical and I wouldn't burn out," she said.
She said the side was thrilled with the win.
"We wanted to win a championship before we finished school," she said.
Liston's team-mate Helen Sanders, a former state league player, was also named in the tournament's All Star Seven line-up.
The Horsham side faced Moe in the final, and won in convincing fashion.
"In the final against Moe, the team was too strong, winning many points on serve and absorbing everything the opposition could throw at them," coach David Berry said.
Horsham Volleyball Association will host the 42nd championships in June next year.
