Wimmera readers can celebrate a passion for libraries tomorrow with Library Lovers Day.
Horsham branch manager Mary Dalgleish said the library would run a 'blind date with a book' activity.
She said people could borrow a random gift-wrapped book, without knowing what it was.
"You might love your book or you might hate your book,'' she said.
Mrs Dalgleish said the library would also have afternoon tea.
Dimboola, Kaniva, St Arnaud and Stawell branches will have morning and afternoon teas.
Warracknabeal's library will offer chocolate cake and a chance to join in the Shakespeare Lovers Discussion Group.
The mobile library will have a talk on Jane Austen's Sewing Box by author Jennifer Forest at Marnoo, while Edenhope Library will celebrate Valentine's Day on Friday.
Wimmera Regional Library Corporation's Leanda Elliott said romance books accounted for 5897 books in the library's collection and 11 per cent of the loans.
