The Western Vic Football tribunal found Weavell and Stawell club goal umpire Robert Morris guilty of conduct unbecoming on Monday night.
Weavell received the heaviest punishment for his involvement in the half-time incident at the Stawell v Nhill game at Central Park on May 11, copping a suspension until December 31, 2020.
Morris was also suspended and will not be able to goal umpire until the end of the 2014 Wimmera Football League season.
Nhill president Jim White said the club was weighing up its options whether to appeal.
