Mr Cook responded to the playgroup’s call-out for donations of old or unused scooters.
Playgroup co-ordinator Cindy Francis said the scooters added to the playgroup’s activities available to children aged five and under.
“These scooters are a great addition to the junior three-wheeled scooters and bikes that we have,” she said.
“We don’t have the money to purchase a lot of equipment but we still have some active children who will get a lot of use out of these scooters.”
Mrs Francis said the children could also play in a fenced area outside or enjoy a speed ramp for bikes, tricycles and scooters.
She said there was also a sandpit play area, outdoor cooking kitchen and lots of small gym-type equipment.
“We provide a really good quality play area in a safe and supportive environment,” Mrs Francis said.
Horsham Supported Playgroup operates from Horsham Primary School Rasmussen Road campus art room from 10am to 11.30am or from noon to 1.30pm.
Mrs Francis said people could call her on 0427 532 856 for more information about the playgroup.
