THE Variety New South Wales Dick Smith Bash will visit Horsham West Primary School on the final leg of their journey from Bankstown to Ballarat.
Principal Brendan Bush said the school would host a Variety Bash breakfast from 6.30am to 8.30am this morning before the participants set off for the finish line.
He said up to 30 members of the school campus’s parents club volunteered to make the meal for about 300 hungry ‘bashers’.
He said breakfast would cost $10.
Afterwards, Mr Bush encouraged people to visit the Horsham West campus parking lot and check out the Variety Bash cars.
“People can come and see their cars between 8am and 8.30am,” Mr Bush said. “They’re bringing a magician along.”
The drivers and crews spent last night in Horsham. Mr Bush said he hoped the visit would strengthen their bond with the school.
