POLICE have received a number of calls about an overturned car along the Wimmera Highway, opposite the Horsham Rifle Range.
Horsham First Constable Rebekah Harvey said the driver, a Quantong man, 24, reported the roll to police shortly after it happened.
She said the man lost control of his car around 9pm on Thursday.
"One of his wheels went off the road by accident and he over-corrected," she said.
The car veered onto the opposite side of the road, before the driver over-corrected again.
First Const Harvey said the car subsequently left the highway, flipping and rolling up to four times before coming to rest on its roof.
"He ended up 25 metres off the road, on the northern side of the highway," she said.
Police were not called to the scene.
"He managed to get out of the car himself, and headed to hospital with cuts and grazes," First Const Harvey said.
The car was left beside the highway overnight, pending arrangements for a tow-truck.
First Const Harvey said the man had been incredibly lucky.
Police have finished their investigations.
