Rob and Julie-Anne McPherson put the tourist attraction on eBay, with bidding starting at $450,000.
The website describes the item's postage as free local pick-up only.
Mr McPherson said the koala failed to get a bid, but received 2000 watches.
"That's another 2000 people who know about the koala," he said.
"I just can't believe it hasn't sold - it is a ripper business and it's cheap."
The McPhersons have own the complex for five years and it has been on the market for eight months.
Mr McPherson said they were selling it to concentrate on a V8 Supercar simulator business.
"We just need to sell it so we can go on doing other things we want to do," he said.
The giant fixture is back on the eBay market. The bidding will end on October 28.
