Wimmera Regional Library IT and marketing manager Leanda Elliott said the collection would add to the library’s popular collection of digital audio books.
She said the new collection featured more than 850 titles.
“Titles range from mysteries to thrillers, romance, fantasy, biographies and non-fiction,” she said.
“There are also books for children and teens.
"Authors include well-known Australians such as Matthew Reilly and Kerry Greenwood, plus a great range of international authors such as Sue Grafton, David Baldacci and Stephen Coonts.”
Ms Elliott said titles could be downloaded to a computer then transferred to an eReader, or direct to a tablet or eReader using the BorrowBox app.
The collection will be launched at Horsham Library at 1pm.
“A representative from Bolinda Digital will be on hand to show users how simple it is to download eBooks and eAudiobooks,” Ms Elliott said.
“Everyone is welcome to attend and can bring along their own device to start borrowing immediately.”
