West Wimmera has been named in Group A and will take on Warrnambool Blue in its opening match on Monday.
It will face Hamilton on Tuesday and Portland on Wednesday.
Association president David Jensz said the 15-player squad contained a mix of youth and experience, which would allow the team to be flexible with its line-up.
He said the squad's final training session would be at Davis Park, Nhill on Friday at 2.30pm.
Mr Jensz said the team was on the lookout for a bus driver.
