Twenty-seven players will travel to Creswick's Mount Prospect Lawn Tennis Club for the three-day tournament, which features knockout singles, doubles and mixed-doubles matches.
Wimmera team co-ordinator David Gove said there were no expectations on the team, which has a mix of players from across the region.
"It's really good for the Wimmera having a mix of players selected across clubs," he said.
"We'll just be going to do the best we can and enjoy it."
The Wimmera team finished fourth out of 11 regions last year, with no event winners but four runners-up, including bottom-age players Mikayla Rethus under-18 and Steffi McDonald under-14 who will have the opportunity to go one step further in their respective age brackets this year.
Gove also said it was exciting to have four debutants in the under-12s Ben Hobbs, Lochie Stewart, Jorja Jones and Crystal Summers.
"It's going to be a great experience for them playing at that standard of tennis," he said.
"They'll have fun, get some good experience and do the Wimmera proud."
