Victorian champion Jamie Collins and South Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland champion Tim Reidy are set to headline, with the night to feature about 20 races.
The AMCA race will be supported by other events, involving Horsham Motor Sports Club's ASCF Ladies, Street Stocks, Three Litre-Production Sedans and V8 Truck drivers.
Club spokeswoman Emma Bansemer said the club was excited about an entertaining night of racing.
"It should be a nice night with a lot of good racing. Hopefully the weather won't be too hot," she said.
"We've got a few really good drivers there some of them are doing a fair bit of travelling to get here.
"We're probably expecting a couple of hundred spectators." Mrs Bansemer said points from the support races would go towards the club's driver's championship and class awards.
"There's that bit of extra incentive to head to each race meeting with points available," she said.
Mrs Bansemer highlighted reigning club driver's champion Kathryn Wilken, ASCF Ladies class, as a driver to watch out for, along with Luke James, Street Stocks and V8 Trucks, and Steve Ellis and Steve Hately, both driving Three Litre-Production sedans .
She said the club wanted to provide a family-friendly environment, with the night scheduled to finish by 10.30pm and spectators able to view the action from the comfort of their own vehicles.
"We're encouraging families and young people to come along, but anyone can get enjoyment out of it," she said.
Gates open at 5.30pm, with racing scheduled to start at 6.30pm.
