Both sides have progressed through the round-robin stage undefeated and will square off in a 45-over match starting at 9am.
Country Week cricket has produced a plethora of highlights, including a hat-trick, a century and other hauls of runs and wickets.
South West will be led by in-form all-rounder Lachlan Wareham, who scored 71 and claimed 4-31 on Wednesday to be Horsham Sports and Leisure's Player Of The Day.
Wareham said he was excited about today's final and felt good at the crease.
"Probably the pull shot and leg glance have been my best shots and a couple of off-side shots," he said.
In Wednesday's matches, South West accounted for Hamilton on the back of Wareham's all-round effort, Wimmera-Mallee rebounded with a big win over Portland and District, while Warrnambool Blue got over the line against Horsham.
Donald's Liam Leith was outstanding for Wimmera-Mallee, scoring 47 of his team's 9-177, before claiming 6-10 off six overs to dismiss Portland and District for just 45 runs.
Keeper-batsman Tom Wentworth top-scored with 44 runs for Horsham, but opposition captain Joe McKinnon led his Warrnambool Blue side to victory with 41 not out and 2-19.
South West had a 40-run win over Warrnambool Blue on Tuesday, with Wareham scoring 66 and team-mate Demby McKenzie claiming 5-23.
In the other two matches, Wil Fleming and Jacob Buxton compiled half-centuries in Warrnambool Gold's win over Wimmera-Mallee at Coughlin Park, with Joe Reid fighting hard in defeat, claiming 3-32 off 10 overs.
Horsham's Matt Burns earned Horsham Sports and Leisure Player Of The Day honours.
His 73-run innings backed up a superb bowling effort from Tyler Puls, 4-12, in a big win over Portland and District.
In tomorrow's other matches, third will play fourth in a Twenty20 game at Coughlin Park.
Fifth, sixth and seventh will play a triangular Twenty20 match at Dimboola Road oval.
