He said he took the video for himself but decided to share it with the Wimmera so they could see the damage.
"It gives people a little bit of appreciation,'' he said.
"I've fought in a lot of fires, but in Brimpaen I've never seen anything like this before.''
"The trouble is we're a bit worn out and it caught us by surprise, this fire... I think it's wiped out my whole farm..."
Mr Dunn said people had shown a lot of support for others in the wake of the fires.
"The community's sticking together,'' he said.
