The Bombers will host second-placed Lubeck-Murtoa at Quantong Park, while the Saints will visit Rupanyup to take on league leaders Rup-Minyip.
When the Bombers and Mudlarks met in a one-dayer at the same venue earlier this year, a disciplined bowling effort led by Quantong skipper Jordan McDonald, 3-22, restricted the visitors to 9-124 from 40 overs.
But Mudlarks' opening bowlers Max Koschmann, 4-21, and Brett McKenzie, 2-11, came out firing with the new ball, dismissing the home side for 96 despite an undefeated 39 from Bombers' all-rounder Sam Weddell.
A Quantong victory would all but assure the side of finals action, while Lubeck-Murtoa is still battling with Rup-Minyip for top spot.
Blue Panthers keeper-batsman Nick McIntyre made a big impact against the Saints in his sole B Grade game earlier this year, scoring an unbeaten 87 to lead Rup-Minyip to a commanding total of 3-164 and a 44-run win.
In reply, Brad Sproule top-scored with 58 for the Saints, as they finished their 40 overs at 8-120.
A win for the Blue Panthers will ensure they remain on top of the ladder for at least another week, while the Saints desperately need a win to climb off the foot of the ladder.
In C Grade, only six points separate fourth from ninth, meaning all sides have plenty to play for in their one-day fixtures on Saturday.
A win for Colts against ladder-leaders Natimuk-Goroke at Cornell Park could see the fifth-placed hosts jump into the top four, as could a win for Quantong against bottom side Laharum at Laharum.
