It comes after Horsham RSL Diggers informed Western Vic Football it would not participate in the Wimmera League Football season this year, which meant changes to both the Wimmera and Horsham District draws.
Horsham RSL Diggers and Natimuk football and netball club members are due to vote on Wednesday night on whether the two clubs will merge this season.
The new draw is the same length as the draft, with 18 rounds.
Western Vic Football general manager Stephen McQueen said there were some differences between the draft draw and the revised one, including that the second half of the draw did not follow the first half in regard to the order teams played each other.
Interleague will remain on May 24.
"I am sure that this system will cause some debate but on very short notice this is the fairest structure that works for all," he said.
"This structure will not be used going forward in coming years.
"I would like to thank all clubs for their patience with these matters."
