Horsham police appeal after four cars vandalised

HORSHAM police have appealed for witnesses after four cars were vandalised in Horsham at the weekend.

Leading Senior Constable Robert Martin said the owner of a blue sedan parked in Carinya Court on Saturday night woke the following morning to find the windscreen smashed and the car roof severely dented.

Police believed two unknown people attacked the car.

“One shattered the windscreen, especially right in front of the driver’s seat, while the other climbed on the roof of the vehicle and either bounced or jumped up and down on it,” Leading Sen Const Martin said.

A silver dual-cab ute, parked in the same street, was also among those targeted.

Leading Sen Const Martin asked anybody with information to call Horsham Police Station on 5382 9200 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
