Phill Batchelor said he and his band mate Peter Hammond, whom he refers to as 'Pom' because of their shared English heritage, have been on the music scene in different capacities for years.
"Pom and I have played in various bands for many years featuring 1950s music, rock 'n' roll, cabaret, country, country rock and country ballads in bands such as the Fabulous F'taase's and Spectacle,'' he said.
He said the audience could expect a variety of styles across the country spectrum.
"It's pretty much country music covers, there are boot-scooting boogie numbers, there's a ballad in there, a Willie Nelson number, a Mavericks number," he said.
"This is like a new adventure to us.
"We've never been asked to do something like this before."
The 2 P's will play in Roberts Place, Horsham, on March 21 at 1.50pm. Admission is free.
