Horsham Golf Club will host the event on Saturday.
Organiser Hoss Kemp said the day was always well supported by Wimmera golfers.
He is expecting more than 100 people to participate in the stableford competition, which is split into A, B and C Grades and a ladies division.
"There are plenty of prizes up for grabs for the winners and runners-up of each division," he said.
"There are also nearest the pin trophies and prizes for the putting competition."
The day will include a barbecue lunch.
Mr Kemp said players could tee off in the morning or afternoon.
"Golfers need to assemble at 7.15am for a 7.45am hit-off or at 12.15pm for a 12.45pm start," he said.
Mr Kemp said entry costs $10 and people could call the pro shop on 5382 3312 for more information or to enter.
He encouraged golfers to support the event, which was one of Wimmera Legacy's biggest fundraisers for the year.
"All of the money raised on the day through entry fees will go to Wimmera Legacy," he said.
Wimmera Legacy supports about 500 widows in the region.
