MARIAN College topped the tables at the School Sport Victoria Black Ranges Division secondary swim meet in Warracknabeal on Friday.
The Ararat school finished with 642 points ahead of St Brigid's College, 582, Murtoa College, 516, Stawell Secondary College, 359, Warracknabeal Secondary College, 347, Horsham College, 321, and Ararat Community College, 105.
Event convenor Dale Shannon said the day was a success, with about 200 swimmers competing.
"The event ran really well, we had nice weather and lots of volunteer help from schools and parents," he said.
"Marian was the dominant team it won the boys, girls and overall aggregate."
Marian College's Jordan Austin won the Kath Perry Medal for the individual girls championship, while St Brigid's College student Matthew Ough won the Allan Ross Medal for the individual boys championship.
Mr Shannon said the winners of each event would head to the Greater Western Region secondary swimming finals in Warrnambool on Friday.
Event winners at the region finals progress through to the state finals in April.
