The parents club initiative aims to raise money for new playground equipment.
Vice-president Yolande Grosser said about 20 sites had been booked.
“There are still spots available for people who want to come along and set up a stall,” she said.
“It’s a good chance for people who want to have a garage sale but don’t want to do one at home.”
Mrs Grosser said it was the parents club’s first car boot sale.
“We tend to have the standard fundraisers that we do, but it’s a new year and we have new people in the parents club with new ideas,” she said.
“We decided we’re going to try something different and have a car boot sale.”
Mrs Grosser said there would also be lucky dips, a raffle and buskers.
“We’re also going to have a sausage sizzle, popcorn and a cake stall to keep people fed while they shop,” she said.
“There should be plenty to keep people entertained and we’re hoping for a festive atmosphere.”
The car boot sale will run from 9am to 1pm in the school carpark in Hillary Street.
Mrs Grosser said people could call Jacquie Warrick on 0427 071 169 to book a site or to have their name put on the buskers roster.
