Now in its 27th year, the annual event is now called the Western Victorian Careers Expo.
Expo chairman Chris Wallis said the rebrand reflected the initiative’s expanding reach.
“Opportunities such as the careers expo are becoming increasingly relevant to people everywhere and of all ages as they navigate through their careers,” he said.
He said exhibitors, presenters and visitors had been attending from further afield each year.
This year’s expo will be on June 24 at the Wimmera Events Centre.
A disability support program will be new to the event.
It will provide information to people interested in working in the sector, and helping people with disabilities find jobs and training opportunities.
Some exhibitors will provide Try-A-Trade activities.
Mr Wallis said prospective exhibitors should visit the event’s website www.wimmeracareerexpo.com and download a registration form or call expo project officer Pauline Barnes on 0429 870 508.
