Detective Acting Sergeant Travis Kerr said police were called to the home about 6.45pm.
He said they found a man, 41, suffering serious injuries from being stabbed.
An ambulance took the man to Wimmera Base Hospital, where he remained on Thursday morning.
"He has been treated for non-life-threatening injuries,'' Det Acting Sgt Kerr said.
He described the injuries as superficial.
Det Acting Sgt Kerr said police had interviewed and charged a Horsham woman, 21, and a Horsham man, 22, with assault-related charges.
The two will face Horsham Magistrate's Court at a later date.
Det Acting Sgt Kerr asked anyone with information to call Horsham Police Station on 5382 9200.
