Rachel McCorkell, 33, faced Stawell Magistrate's Court on Tuesday afternoon.
She was charged with trafficking and possessing methamphetamines, having committed an indictable offence while on bail, and possessing a prohibited weapon, namely a hunting bow.
Her bail application was unsuccessful.
McCorkell will appear in Horsham Magistrate's Court later this month.
Horsham Sergeant Jason Bergen said police arrested the woman about 7pm on Monday after receiving information she was trafficking methamphetamines.
"She was intercepted in a taxi," he said.
"Police found about three grams of ice, worth about $3000.
"A warrant was executed on her home, where a quantity of deal bags, sales and drug residue was located."
He said police also found a large hunting bow.
