Wycheproof-Narraport's James Coatsworth - a former Feeney Medallist - will coach the side.
Wedderburn is the most represented club with 11 players, while Birchip-Watchem and the Demons are the least represented clubs with four players each.
The squad contains three other Feeney medal winners - Charlton's Aaron Walklate, St Arnaud's James McNamee and Redback Ben DeAraugo - and five of the league's top six goal-kickers this season.
It will train at St Arnaud - the venue for the interleague clash - on Thursday.
