HORSHAM gymnast Hudson Irwin has been selected in the under 12-14 boys side for the 2014 Australian Gymnastics Championships this month.
Irwin was one of 16 athletes selected for the championships taking place at Hisense Arena, Melbourne on May 22 and 24.
Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland will all enter teams of four, with other states and territories entering athletes as individuals.
Irwin will compete in all six apparatus - parallel bars, pommel horse, rings, vault, floor and high bar.
He currently trains at the High Performance Centre in Prahran.
Irwin has been travelling regularly from Horsham to Melbourne for training, along with juggling his school commitments.
