A DIMBOOLA man is in hospital after an elderly woman reversed her car into him on Thursday morning.

The man was riding his electric scooter in Wimmera Street, Dimboola, when the woman reversed her car from a parking spot.
Nhill Senior Constable Les Newton said an ambulance took the man to Wimmera Base Hospital in Horsham with an injured shoulder.
He said the woman would receive an infringement notice for failing to give way.
