Cancer Council Victoria Horsham unit volunteers will set up along Firebrace Street and Horsham Plaza to sell the flowers along with a range of Daffodil Day merchandise including pens, teddy bears and balls.
Unit secretary Dawn Hobbs encouraged people to put their money towards a good cause.
"Cancer affects everyone, either by having it or through family and friends," she said. "I lost my husband to cancer therefore I volunteer so other people don't lose someone close to them."
"It's all to find a cure."
Mrs Hobbs said the group had made up to $4000 in previous years.
"Hopefully the weather gets better and people are out on the streets," she said.
Mrs Hobbs said the unit was looking for volunteers and anyone interested could call her on 5382 4371.
