MELBOURNE theatre company Born In a Taxi performed with Wimmera primary school students at Wesley Performing Arts Centre on Wednesday.
Born In a Taxi presented their show Cirque Disarray alongside work created by the students during workshops conducted last month.
Art is.. festival manager Kate Finnerty said the performances capped off Encounter Day, which aimed to engage children with the festival.
"They've seen this incredible performance, the museum and performed themselves, it's been great," she said.
Students from Goroke, Dimboola, Ararat and Horsham's Holy Trinity Lutheran schools watched and participated in the performance.
