The Eagles, who led by seven points at the major break, kicked away in the third term to claim a 47-point win at Anzac Park, Warracknabeal, on Saturday.
Eagles coach Tim Inkster said it was a pleasing result.
“It was the first full four-quarter effort we’ve played,” he said.
“Everyone contributed and the result sort of took care of itself.
“Hopefully we can learn a bit from this and string some consistent footy together.”
Inkster said his side produced a much-improved performance compared with previous rounds.
“It was right across the board,” he said.
“Instead of one or two guys playing four quarters it was half the team and guys who were down in the first quarter had good second halves.
“We were much cleaner than the week before and we managed to keep the pressure on.
“Our tackling was better and we stayed in contests – that was probably the best thing.”

Eagle Jae McGrath, six goals, starred up forward, while Jarred Martin, Scott Adams and Clayton Hinkley also impressed.
Inkster said McGrath’s strong performance in front of goal was a highlight.
“Jae took about eight marks, which was probably his best return and was good for his confidence,” he said.
“He probably could have kicked a few more, but he kicked the crucial ones.”
Inkster chipped in with three majors, while Dale Hinkley and Jake Peters stepped up with two apiece.
Horsham will be left to a rue a second quarter in which it had opportunities in front of goal but could not convert.
The Demons kicked 4.8 to Warrack’s 6.2 before the host’s second-half momentum saw it record 22 scoring shots to seven.
Demons coach Jordyn Burke said it was a disappointing result.
“We were hoping to put up a better show than that, but full credit to Warrack – it played a very good game of football,” he said.
“The first half was fairly evenly matched, but we didn’t take our opportunities in the second quarter, which hurt us badly.
"We just weren’t clean enough under pressure going forward and they took full advantage of their opportunities.
“It wasn’t all doom and gloom, but we didn’t quite have that four-quarter effort we needed.”
John Wood was named the visitors’ best, while Nick Pekin, Nathan Kelly and Beau Nelson also performed strongly.
Sid Hernon was promising on debut and midfielders Pekin, Joel Geue and Brad Hartigan all kicked two goals.
The Demons will eagerly await the outcome of an elbow injury to Rhona Conboy, who has been among their star performers this season.
