Vic Country 2 were dominant throughout the match, recording a 19.21 (135) to 8.7 (55) victory at St Albans Reserve.
Burke was named among the side's best, while Ararat forward Beau Cosson kicked two goals in the win.
It was the side's second consecutive win over the VAFA, with Burke a vice-captain in last year's one-point win.
Ararat forward Liam Cavanagh also celebrated a win in Vic Country colours.
Cavanagh played in the under-19s 19.21 (135) to 8.7 (55) over the VAFA under-19s in the senior curtain-raiser at St Albans Reserve.
Former Horsham footballer Chris Giampaolo was not as lucky for Vic Country 1, despite chipping in with two goals.
It was Vic Metro who triumphed in the showpiece match 18.17 (125) to 13.9 (87) at Werribee's Avalon Airport Oval.
