FIVE YEARS AGO

The Wimmera River is flowing towards Horsham for the first time in a decade. Run-off from heavy rain in the catchment pushed over Huddleston Weir near Dadswells Bridge on Monday and was flowing under Horsham-Lubeck Road Bridge by mid-week for the first time since August 1999.
