The club will recognise the 50th anniversary of its 1954 senior premiership, plus its 1965 and 1969 senior flags, 1964 reserves triumph and 1969 under-16s victory.
Reunion committee spokesman Rob Gersch said it would be a big day for the club, coinciding with its Wimmera league home game against Minyip-Murtoa.
"We've had a good reply for the reunion and we've got a lot of people coming back," he said.
"We're hoping for around the 70 to 80 mark."
Mr Gersch said senior premiership coaches Wes Richardson - who led the team in 1964 and 1965 - and Kevin McNamee - who coached the team in 1969 - would be in attendance.
The club's 1964 flag was won in a replay against Ararat after a drawn grand final.
Mr Gersch said minister for sport and veterans affairs Damian Drum would be the guest speaker at the club's luncheon and would also open the new umpires rooms at Davis Park.
He encouraged people to attend.
"We're really looking forward to the weekend," he said.
"The club would like to invite as many local people along to meet with our premiership players from probably one of the club's most successful eras."
Mr Gersch said the umpires rooms would by opened at 11.45am, with the luncheon to follow at 12.30pm.
