It will be a foggy and cold start to the day today with a minimum of just two degrees. Once the fog clears, it will be a cloudy day, with light winds and a top of 12 degrees.

Hoons are terrorising residents in Horsham North, ripping up nature strips and doing burnouts in driveways. Val Stewart has lived happily in Horsham North for 46 years but she said in recent months the area had deteriorated and hoons were controlling the streets.
