Chief executive Wally Coleman said she wanted to create a comfortable environment for members of the Wimmera's indigenous community to discuss the issue of ice in the region and develop a course of action.
"It has an impact on everybody regardless of race or culture," she said.
"But we felt it was important we provided a venue for the indigenous community to come together to discuss it and inform them of ice and its implications."
The forum is at 10.30am at Wimmera Trade Training Centre in Baillie Street.
It will include presentations by the Wimmera Drug Action Taskforce, Grampians Community Health and a community member who has been affected by ice.
There will be question time and an opportunity for attendees to create a community action plan.
"I think what's going to be really important out of this is the community forming their own action plan," Mrs Coleman said.
She encouraged people to call Goolum Goolum on 5381 6333 for more information about the forum, or to reserve a place.
She said Goolum Goolum would also arrange transport for indigenous community members who want to attend.
