Fifteen Horsham swimmers competed in a field made up of 147 competitors from seven clubs at the series, which ran on June 14 and July 19.
Medals were awarded from the aggregate of both short-course meets.
The Sharks had three age-group winners and nine other swimmers claim top-five finishes.
Club coach Jenny Ough said the series was a major success.
“We had a huge number of personal bests and three juniors who took off over 10 seconds in specific races,” she said.
Lily Bolton, eight and under girls, Eloise Wills, nine-year girls, and Alyssia Jenkins, 10-year girls, all finished on top of their age divisions.
Matthew Ough placed second in the 13-year boys division, while Claudia McAuliffe finished third in the 14-year girls section.
Imogen Worthy, Tyler Bolton, Alexandra Salter, Deacon Briggs and Angus Ticker claimed fourth-place finishes in their respective age groups, while Tyleah Wade finished fifth in hers.
The Hamilton event was a qualifying meet for the Victorian Country Short Course Championships in August.
Ough said Matthew Ough and Alyssia Jenkins achieved qualifying times at the meets.
Horsham swimmers Miette Hopper, 11, and Ethan Jolley, 15, qualified for the short course championships after competing at the Ballarat Top Five Series.
The four-meet Ballarat series aggregates will be determined after the final event on August 30.
Hopper qualified for the 100-metre breaststroke at the Victorian Age Short Course Championships at the weekend.
