WEATHER

With an overnight low of -2 degrees, expect to see frost when you look out the window this morning. The Bureau of Meteorology said today would be sunny despite the icy start to the day, with a top of 13. The crisp mornings and sunny afternoons are supposed to continue for a few days.

Snow was front-page news in the Wimmera today. People revelled in the frosted glory of the Grampians' peaks from Friday through the weekend. 

FIVE YEARS AGO

RAIN has stopped work on the Wimmera-Mallee Pipeline until the end of September.

Wet weather has delayed workers from pipe laying for the past three weeks.
