Victoria's oldest hoon has asked to be left alone, claiming media scrutiny has driven him from his home. Ron Bell, 79, from Aubrey was caught driving at 160 kilometres an hour along Blue Ribbon Road, near Horsham, last month. Horsham police used Victoria’s anti-hoon legislation to impound his car for 48 hours.
