The three-day competition, which attracted about 350 competitors to the region, finished on Sunday.
College principal coach Kylie Hermans said the intermediate and senior Horsham teams won their sections.
"The intermediates did extremely well, winning five out of six of their routines," she said.
"The seniors came away with four firsts for the day and two seconds."
Mrs Hermans said the sub-junior and junior teams won the reserve aggregate in their sections.
"We were the overall winners of the competition and I'm very proud of the entire club," she said.
"We have been working hard over the past five to seven years to get to the level we are now.
"The college has won this award the past two years."
The solo section of the competition was also hotly contested, with Horsham competitors winning four trophies.
Esther Craig won the 15 years graceful solo section and the 15 and 16 years calisthenics solo section.
Alana Hermans won the 16 years graceful solo section and Maddison Cook won the 14 years graceful solo section.
Other students to receive awards included Neve Lawson, second; Sarah McFarlane, second; Kaitlyn Gerbert, third; Rachelle Ough, third; Lauren Walter, honourable mention; Georgia Hoskins, honourable mention; Emily Hutchinson, honourable mention; and Kathryn Op de Coul, highly commended.
The college's tinies calisthenics students aged between four and seven also performed.
Mrs Hermans thanked all the college's volunteers who helped run the competition.
"Without them, the competition would not have been such a success," she said.
Mrs Hermans said the college's junior and sub-junior teams would compete at the Victorian Calisthenics Championship at the weekend.
