The Tigers have lost each of the past three Mallee Football League grand finals, but were in ominous form for most of the day despite a Beulah fightback in the third quarter.
Beulah was undefeated in its first 15 matches this year but faltered against the Tigers in the final match of the home and away season.
They were outplayed by Sea Lake-Nandaly again at the weekend, with Jordan Doering the hero for the Tigers.
The former Carlton AFL player was moved from the backline to full-forward after a run of seven straight Beulah goals and normal full-forward Cliff Ryan was sent into the centre square.
The move paid immediate dividends, with Doering booting eight goals in the second half to set up the 18.9 (117) to 10.14 (74) win.
Sea Lake-Nandaly got away to a dream start in the first quarter, with Ryan booting the first two majors of the game.
Brock Orval answered for Beulah, but the team was clearly missing leading goal-kicker Denis Redden.
Things were looking worrying for Beulah when the lead ballooned to 39-9 midway through the second term, but late goals to Tim Darcy and Callum Buchanan put them back within 15 points at the main break.
The momentum continued for the Navy Blues in the third quarter, with Shaun Monohan contributing three goals in a five-goal run.
It was then the Tigers, who were being belted in the middle, decided to make the match-winning change of Ryan into the centre and Doering up forward.
Doering and Ryan were both named in the best, as were the likes of Jason Collins and captain Colin Durie.
Andrew Hughes played a great game for Beulah, while Monohan and Darcy featured up forward with three goals apiece.
Sea Lake-Nandaly Tigers president Paul Summerhayes said another grand final appearance was a great result, but the hardest task was ahead.
"It's only the beginning really," he said. "I don't think we could get any better than what we were at the weekend as far as managing our list."
The Blues will face the winner of yesterday's match between reigning premier Woomelang-Lascelles and Ouyen United.
