The Roos showed why they were undefeated all year by starting strongly and running out a 10-goal win against Natimuk United.
Harrow-Balmoral goaled from the opening centre pass of the game to set the tone.
The Roos overcame a great Natimuk United defence to post 12 first-quarter goals, while their own miserly defenders conceded just six for the term.
It was more of the same in the second term, with Harrow-Balmoral scoring 10 goals to their opponents' seven.
The Ewes were determined not to go down quietly and they came out with renewed focus after the long break.
Kirby Knight and Emily Hateley started to find their range in goals to post 10 between them in the third quarter.
At the other end, the Jo Taylor-led Natimuk United defence stiffened and gave up only seven goals to in-form Roo goalies Anna-Grace Close and Amy Lewis.
It was Harrow-Balmoral coach and two-time league best and fairest Ebonie Salter who stood up to lead the Roos to victory.
Her work to rebound and intercept balls was sensational.
Harrow-Balmoral netted 12 more goals in the final term to preserve the 41-31 victory and deliver the club a second successive premiership.
Salter was named best on court in the win, an honour she also achieved in last year's grand final victory against Edenhope-Apsley.
