The Demons will start as strong favourites after an undefeated season, but will be wary of the Saints, who they drew with in round 16.
Saints coach Sharon Fedke said her side had faith it could win – but knows it is in for a big challenge.
“Horsham has obviously been the benchmark all year,” she said.
“It has been a strong team and that’s shown in the dominance of its scores all year.
“But we drew with them in the last round of the home and away season and that probably gave my girls the belief they can do it.
“In grand finals anything can happen.”
Fedke said there would be a number of key match-ups.
“All over the court they’ve got some very strong players and hopefully we can match up well against them,” she said.
“In the goals, their goalie Bianca Drum has been a standout all year, so our defenders will have a tough job on her.
“Kathryn Hutchins will most likely line up on her to start with.
“Rene Caris is a tall goalie and we’re hoping to capitalise on that.”
In the sides’ semi-final meeting, both Drum and Caris enjoyed productive days, scoring 40 and 22 goals respectively.
But it was the Demons who triumphed by 21 goals.
Association 15 and under A best and fairest winner Georgia Hiscock will be a key in defence for the Demons.
Saints defender Georgie McIntyre has also impressed this season.
She was named her side’s best player in its semi-final defeat and was its leading vote-getter.
Fedke hopes her team will fight out the game to the end.
“I hope it’s close – I’m hoping both teams have a good game on the day,” she said.
“There’s obviously got to be a winner and a loser, but I’ll be proud of my girls no matter what.”
