Mystery still surrounds the death of a man whose body was found in a Hampton Park rubbish tip earlier this month, with police seeking public help to find out what happened.

The homicide squad was initially called to the Hampton Park Resource Recovery Precinct about 8am on Tuesday, September 9, to investigate after a worker reported finding the semi-naked body of a man in his 30s.
He was initially mistaken for a mannequin, police were told.
Since then, police have deemed the man's death as not suspicious, and have handed the investigation over to detectives from the Casey Crime Investigation Unit.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to find out what happened to the man, who was last seen walking along Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road in Narre Warren just before midnight on Monday, September 8.
He was seen wearing a white tracksuit top and blue shorts, Victoria Police spokeswoman Clair Whites said.
His family has asked that no further details be released.
