Cory Watts, Bailey Thomas, Kyle Evans, Jack Mentha and brothers Zack, Braydn and Ben Wright will be flying the Wimmera flag.
Horsham Motorcycle Club president Kenny Watts said it was a great experience for all the riders.
"You go to an event with high expectations, enjoy it and the results should come if you're having fun," he said.
"Some of the boys will be happy to qualify in the top 40 and to be part of the actual finals.
"You've got to get into the finals before you achieve anything.
"There could be 25 riders tied for 41st and you don't want to be one of them."
Mr Watts said his son Cory and Mentha would race from Tuesday to Friday, while the other five boys would race from Saturday to Monday.
Zack, 12, Braydn, 9, and Ben Wright, 11, will compete together after Braydn missed last year's event with a broken wrist.
Zack will compete in two classes, while brothers Braydn and Ben will go head-to-head.
Bailey Thomas will compete in the 11 to 12s 65cc class.
Cory Watts, 16, has been washing cars at Max Wright Cars to help fund his trip.
It will be his seventh time at the Australian junior championships.
"I'll race in the 14 to 16s 85cc class and the 16s 250cc class," he said.
"I'm raising enough to help Dad out - I'll probably have to shout him tea."
