The Laharum boys team overcame Haven 7-43 to 1-26 to top the ladder with a percentage of 700 after round one.
The team of Jayden McQueen, Pat Easson, Campbell Mason and Reuben Launder proved too strong for its opponents.
Haven's Harry Carine was unlucky not to win his singles rubber against Launder, going down in a 6-5 tie break.
Haven did not break through until the last set of the day, with the doubles combination of Carine and Zach Featherstone downing Easson and Launder 6-1.
The other Section 1 boys game saw Horsham Lawn overcome Central Park 6-39 to 2-28.
The Parkers were in the contest early, splitting the first two singles and doubles rubbers to make it two sets apiece.
Lawn's Angus Gove downed Nicholas Rigas 6-2, but Central Park nearly evened the scores again in the next rubber.
Parker Jesse Peterson took Horsham Lawn's Hayden Farlow all the way to a tie break, but fell just short of winning.
With a four-sets-to-two lead, Horsham Lawn wrapped up the victory with 6-3 and 6-4 wins in the final two doubles rubbers. Central Park is second on the girls Section 1 ladder despite an 8-48 to 0-14 win against Quantong.
Such was the Parkers' dominance that Quantong only won more than two games in two of its rubbers.
Maddi Focroul competed well against Central Park's Skye Davis in a 6-4 loss.
Focroul again came close to winning a set when she partnered with Indi Chipperfield to challenge Parker pair Davis and Ellena Binney, losing 6-4.
Despite its dominance, Central Park received no percentage because Quantong did not win a set.
It meant Haven finished on top of the ladder after a solid 6-41 to 2-23 win against Horsham Lawn.
Lawn was forced to play shorthanded, with only Kirby Knight, Caitlin McQueen and Madeline McQueen taking to the court.
Three of Haven's six sets for the day came as the result of forfeits.
In the rubbers that were played, Horsham Lawn nearly came out on top.
Caitlin McQueen and Knight lost in a tie break to Haven's Jess McDonald and Aleesha Robertson.
Madeline won her singles rubber against Ashlee Crabtree to help bring some respectability to the Haven scorecard.
