The women were among 125 players who took to the field.
Horsham Golf Club women's publicity officer Julie Wirth said it was a fantastic event.
"We changed it to a shotgun start and the number of teams was up slightly," she said.
"It was absolutely beautiful out there. One of the women from Coomealla said they were coming back next year to improve."
The Nell Smithett Trophy was a stroke competition for teams of four, with the best three scores counting.
"We also introduced a Blue Wren challenge for our Horsham women to complement the Nell Smithett Memorial Trophy," Wirth said.
The Horsham winners were Megan Ashton, Di Morrison and Sally Hood.
Wirth said there was also an open stableford competition on Thursday, which 63 golfers played in.
Riverside's Lorraine Palmer was the winner with 40 points, ahead of Baird with 37 and Portland's Gail Baulch with 36.
The Horsham winner was Kaye Smith with 35 points.
Wirth said there was another big event just around the corner.
"The next thing we've got coming up is our monster charity day in November," she said.
"That's where we raise money for three different charities."
The monster charity day will be a four-ball best-ball stableford event.
