The centre will visit Rupanyup, Birchip, Woomelang, Hopetoun, Jeparit and Goroke and will offer Centrelink and Medicare payments and services, child support information and hearing health checks.
Centre manager Helen Volkers said the travelling outreach service shortened the distance between rural and regional communities and government services.
"It's a purpose-built service centre on wheels equipped with the same technology as any Centrelink or Medicare service centre across the country," she said.
"On board we offer a wide range of information and services, tailored to meet the needs of each community."
Ms Volkers said the centre would be fully staffed with trained professionals.
"We have experienced officers who are specialists in rural servicing and provide friendly face-to-face services," she said.
Ms Volkers said last time the centre travelled the region, it helped Wimmera students who were moving away to study at university to apply for Youth Allowance.
"We also provided information about Rent Assistance, issued them with their own Medicare cards and connected them to online services so they could easily manage their Centrelink business themselves in the future," she said.
Ms Volkers said people could visit humanservices.gov.au/mobileoffice or call 132 316 or more information and to find the centre's itinerary.
