A collection of works from year 12 students and selected year 11 students doing woodwork, metal work, textiles, food technology, systems engineering, art, studio art, visual communications and media studies will feature.
Schools participating are Horsham College, St Brigid's College, Dimboola Memorial Secondary College, Balmoral Community College, Birchip P-12 School, Nhill College and Edenhope College.
Horsham College textiles teacher and event organiser Tina Fitzgerald said the students had been working hard on their major projects.
She said each project was made for a client and each student needed to take their client's needs into account.
"They have been working hard throughout the year and have each completed a folio," she said.
Ms Fitzgerald said the exhibition gave students the chance to show their work to the wider community, family and friends.
"This work traditionally is only seen by the students' parents, so this is a great opportunity for the students to show it off to a wider audience," she said.
"It's a good opportunity to have them displayed."
Ms Fitzgerald said opening night would start at 6pm and everyone was welcome.
She said the exhibition would run from 9am to 4pm on weekdays until November 12.
